Give the receiving city early
For a household order, state the city and date before discussing the final menu. For an office or event, add the time people will eat and who will receive the food. Z can assess the request and confirm collection or any available delivery arrangement for the exact location.
Coordinate a group order in one list
If several households or coworkers are sharing an order, assign one person to send the final meal counts. Name each requested dish and amount. Individual meals can be discussed when choices need to stay separate; family trays can be discussed when the group will share a table.
Plan beyond the arrival time
Food received before an event still needs a serving and handling plan. Explain any gap between collection or handover and the meal. Ask Z for advice for the actual dishes and containers, and use the leftover guide for general household food-safety guidance. Do not assume equipment or on-site service is included.
Confirm travel and payment details together
The site does not publish a radius, travel time, delivery fee or minimum for these communities. Ask Z about your specific address, order size and date. Confirm the total and agreed payment timing only after the food and arrangements are settled.
