A familiar food can have a distinct preparation
Stuffed vegetables and rice dishes appear across several food traditions, with meaningful differences in ingredients, sauce and method. Iraqi dolma is one example of a named preparation worth discussing precisely. Similar-looking food does not establish that Z offers the version your family expects.
Use the gallery carefully
The photographs here are original images of Z’s stuffed-vegetable and rice trays. They are evidence of her cooking, not verified photographs of Iraqi dolma, quzi or another specific Iraqi dish. A photo can make a request clearer while leaving the recipe identification to the kitchen.
Write the request with enough detail
Name the dish, the vegetables or meat you expect and any preparation details that matter. Include the date, city and number of people. Ask whether Z makes that version, whether it can be prepared for the requested date and how the amount would be planned.
Keep alternatives explicit
If the kitchen suggests a Lebanese preparation instead, confirm that change with everyone involved before ordering. A clearly agreed alternative is more useful than assuming one regional name can stand in for another. Finalize the dish, ingredients, amount, price and arrangements before payment.
