The pictures do not reveal an exact filling, spice blend or cooking liquid, so explain the version you have in mind when you inquire.
A mixed tray or one favorite
A mixed zucchini and grape-leaf order gives guests two textures while keeping the meal focused. A zucchini-led order may be easier when everyone wants the same dish. Ask whether the vegetables can be ordered separately and whether rice, meat or sauce is included in the quoted tray.
Make your request specific
Use stuffed zucchini, kousa, koosa or mahshi, then add the details that matter: meat or meat-free preference, sauce preference, guest count and serving time. Z must confirm the recipe and whether any requested adjustment is possible.
