The tray in Z’s kitchen
The original photos show several grape-leaf presentations: some finished with lemon, others with pomegranate, mint and a tomato rose. A garnish describes the photograph; it does not establish the filling. Z’s posted menu specifically names meat grape leaves. Ask which version is available for your date, whether the filling contains rice and which meat is used.
Choose the role at your table
For a dinner built around grape leaves, ask Z for a main-course quantity. For a larger spread with chicken, rice and salad, ask for a smaller share of the overall meal. A tray described as medium or large cannot be translated into a reliable serving count without discussing the rest of your menu.
Names you might use when ordering
Warak enab and wara enab are common English spellings you may encounter. Dolma is a broader stuffed-food term used in several cuisines. Send the photo or describe the version you want rather than assuming every name means the same filling or preparation.
Ask Z about your order
Include your date, city and number of people, plus any ingredients or preparation details that matter. Z confirms availability, the exact dish, amount, price and collection or delivery arrangements. The request form prepares a message for your review; it does not confirm an order. Pay only after the details and total have been agreed.
