Use the photograph as a starting point
Some trays in the gallery carry lemon and pomegranate; others show different garnishes and arrangements. Send the particular photograph you like and name the vegetables you want. The kitchen can then confirm whether that combination is possible for the date.
Discuss the filling separately
A mixed tray does not necessarily mean every vegetable uses the same filling. Ask about meat, rice, seasoning and sauce for each part of the order. If a guest needs a separate preparation, confirm whether it can be accommodated before deciding on a shared tray.
Make the mix deliberate
If everyone loves grape leaves but only a few guests want zucchini, tell Z. A picture cannot specify the balance of vegetables in your future order. Confirm the proposed mix and how it works with the rest of the meal, especially when other rice dishes are already planned.
Ask Z about your order
Include your date, city and number of people, plus any ingredients or preparation details that matter. Z confirms availability, the exact dish, amount, price and collection or delivery arrangements. The request form prepares a message for your review; it does not confirm an order. Pay only after the details and total have been agreed.
